Zoom is looking for a Channel Account Manager to drive our platform sales through our reselling channel partners. This role is part of our Channel Team and reports to the Channel Leader for the Benelux, Nordics and RSA.
What You'll Do
- Drive Zoom's platform sales through our reselling channel partners.
- Manage complex sales motions, strategic selling, and solution-based approaches.
- Handle large-scale, complex and strategic channel partnerships.
- Manage complex channel and partner engagements, maintaining senior-level relationships.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders across functions and territories.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of channel sales experience and direct strategic sales experience with a sustained track record of success.
- Experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, and the partner business.
- Experience in handling large-scale, complex and strategic channel partnerships.
- Ability to manage complex sales motions, strategic selling, and solution-based approaches.
- A personality with a can-do approach and a positive mindset to change and learning.
- Ability to manage complex channel and partner engagements, maintaining senior-level relationships, and coordinating multiple stakeholders across functions and territories.
