About the Role

DataGuard is seeking a Channel Account Executive - Distribution (m/f/d) to grow our Tier 2 channel network of distributors and resellers. In this high-impact role, you will build partnerships, unlock opportunities, and enable scalable revenue growth within our international partner ecosystem. You'll join a purpose-driven company dedicated to protecting the people behind the data.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee a portfolio of distribution and reseller partners within your designated territory.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners in line with our indirect go-to-market strategy.
  • Train and enable partners on product positioning, value proposition, and sales processes.
  • Support distributor-led campaigns and partner marketing initiatives to generate leads and accelerate the pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide pricing support, deliver product training, and manage escalations.
  • Ensure partner compliance with program guidelines, discount structures, and deal registration workflows.
  • Track key performance indicators and pipeline metrics for the region, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or partner account management.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and partner-facing skills.
  • A data-driven approach and experience working with CRM and PRM tools.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with B2B SaaS or cybersecurity vendors.
  • Additional European languages are a plus.
