Deutsche Börse Group is looking for a Change Manager / Agile Coach to strengthen our overall agile capability through training, coaching, and cultural transformation. You’ll be a key player in enabling high maturity and autonomy within cross-functional teams across our Value Streams.
What You'll Do
- Train, coach, and empower cross-functional teams working together in Value Streams
- Ensure removal of impediments
- Drive continuous improvement based on regular retrospectives
- Champion agile principles and values across the organization based on standardized change communication
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive cultural transformation
What We're Looking For
- Completed university degree or equivalent vocational training
- Several years of profound experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Flight Level Coach
- Proven success applying agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Solid experience in cloud-based software development environments
- Capability to influence organizational culture toward agility
- Strong communication skills with an open-minded, team-oriented attitude
- Excellent English skills
