Role Overview
As a Change Management Consultant, you will play a central role in guiding organizations through technology-driven transformations. Your focus will be on understanding how changes affect people, processes, and operations, and designing strategies that support successful adoption. You will work across global teams to ensure that stakeholders are informed, prepared, and aligned with evolving business and technology goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the organizational impact of technology changes and define learning and engagement requirements to support smooth transitions
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify potential resistance points and behavioral risks to project success
- Develop and execute change strategies, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement activities, and training initiatives
- Design and deliver materials and interventions that support behavior change and reinforce project objectives
- Monitor progress, report on change readiness, and adjust plans to address emerging risks or gaps
- Ensure all affected groups understand upcoming changes and are equipped to adapt effectively
