Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site support at various client facilities located in Loves Park, Oak Brook, Summit, Chicago/Bedford Park, Rock游戏副本, Union, and Franklin Park, IL.
- Build and sustain positive partnerships between the organization and client representatives.
- Establish professional, proactive connections with employees at client sites.
- Deliver targeted training and educational programs to individuals and groups focused on preventing workplace injuries and health issues.
- Provide immediate care and management for both job-related and personal physical discomforts on site.
- Stay current with OSHA health and safety protocols and comply with established first aid standards.
- Follow all components of the Early Discomfort Management (EDM) program as required.
- Conduct Functional Employment Testing, Return to Work/Stay at Work evaluations, Ergonomic Assessments (onsite, virtual, office, or vehicle-based), or Clinical Solutions as needed per client guidelines.
- Submit detailed and timely documentation for all services performed.
- Enter and maintain accurate records in the organization’s designated web-based platform.
- Comply with all applicable safety procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements at each assigned worksite.
- Uphold personal accountability to company policies, operational practices, and government regulations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

- Average weekly commitment of 30 hours, inclusive of travel time between locations
- Scheduled shifts from Monday through Friday, between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Regular travel required from home base to assigned sites, including capacity for extended drives based on geographic coverage and operational demands
