Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site services at a designated worksite in Columbia, South Carolina.
- Build and sustain positive professional relationships between the organization and client representatives.
- Establish trustworthy and professional connections with client staff members.
- Conduct educational sessions for individuals and groups centered on preventing workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Offer immediate care and management for work-related and non-work-related physical discomforts on location.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OSHA health, safety, and first aid standards and apply them consistently.
- Follow all procedures and protocols of the Early Discomfort Management (EDM) program as required.
- Perform services such as functional employment testing, return-to-work support, ergonomic evaluations (onsite, virtual, office, or vehicle-based), or clinical interventions based on client needs.
- Submit detailed and timely reports for all completed service activities.
- Ensure accurate and current documentation using the company’s web-based platform.
- Comply with all applicable safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at each worksite.
- Take personal accountability for adhering to company policies, operational practices, and government regulations.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or client agreements.

- Average weekly commitment of 30 hours, on-site
- Flexible first shift schedule: three days per week, eight hours per day, with alternating Fridays; standard hours from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
