Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned sites remotely through outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as a liaison between field staff and internal or external teams to enable timely and efficient operational execution.
- Provide training and guidance to sellers to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures, analyze performance data, and suggest improvements to enhance seller experience.
- Available to work on weekends as required by operational needs.
