Specific role responsibilities: - Maintain strict adherence to all regulatory frameworks, legal requirements, and organizational policies - Strategically promote Gilead therapies to healthcare professionals in targeted delivery and referral centers - Consistently collaborate with Kite's local cross-functional team to synchronize healthcare professional interactions, align messaging, and develop comprehensive account strategies - Cultivate significant professional relationships with Therapy Area Experts, senior leadership, decision-makers, and influencers, ensuring timely commitment fulfillment - Responsible for engaging appropriate institutional leaders to educate and logistically support Kite product utilization - Coordinate qualification and activation of new delivery centers, including periodic comprehensive audits - Collaborate with Kite Cross Functional Team to optimize patient access and cell delivery processes - Provide Medical Affairs and Commercial teams with strategic insights from healthcare professional interactions - Support professional conferences through exhibit management, scientific session reporting, and facilitating expert meetings - Deliver timely strategic feedback regarding account dynamics, therapeutic landscape shifts, industry trends, and emerging business opportunities Key Requirements and Competencies: - Demonstrates comprehensive, long-term strategic understanding of hematology/oncology market dynamics - Documented history of exceptional performance in pharmaceutical commercial roles - Proven capability to effectively collaborate across multiple organizational functions - Exhibits strong commercial and scientific expertise, adeptly translating complex scientific information - Demonstrated commitment to delivering superior customer support across diverse stakeholder groups - Experienced in managing complex product delivery requiring sophisticated logistics management - Skilled in navigating intricate account environments and understanding multifaceted stakeholder perspectives - Proficient in project management, strategic planning, problem-solving, and conflict resolution - Displays entrepreneurial initiative and urgency in fast-paced professional environments Specific Education and Experience Requirements: - Proven launch experience, particularly within academic hospital settings - Mandatory oncology/hematology professional background - Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance protocols - Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities - Superior written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English - Willingness to undertake occasional overnight travel - Advanced degree in life sciences For Current Gilead Employees and Contractors: Please apply via the Internal Career Opportunities portal in Workday.
