Agilent Technologies is offering a paid 12 to 18-month Cell Analysis Sales Development Internship for students to gain hands-on sales experience in a remote environment. You will work part-time during the academic semester and full-time over the summer, collaborating with our sales professionals and contributing to projects that benefit our team and customers.
What You'll Do
- Work with an experienced sales team to acquire valuable skills in prospecting, lead generation, customer engagement, and maintaining account information in CRM software.
- Build expertise in cell analysis instrumentation and how customers use this technology to answer scientific questions through targeted training.
- Pursue independent projects that have a real impact on Agilent employees and customers.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a B.S., M.S., or equivalent degree in the life sciences or a related biological field.
- Completion of sophomore year in a life sciences or relevant biological field at an accredited 4-year university.
- Self-motivation with attention to detail and superb organization skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Keen to learn and work well in a team.
- Ability to work in complex databases and manipulate data as needed.
- Coursework, training, or hands-on experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
Nice to Have
- Sales or other customer engagement experience is considered a plus, but not required.
