Position Overview: We are recruiting a CDD Partnership Manager to spearhead strategic partnership identification, evaluation, and implementation within our Clinical Diagnostics Division. The exceptional candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue expansion by establishing collaborative relationships with instrumentation, reagent, software providers, and academic institutions. This role directly reports to the Director of Genomics Solutions & Digital Pathology, Product Management. As a pivotal team member, the CDD Partnership Manager will collaborate extensively with Global Product Managers to synchronize partnership strategies with divisional objectives. The role encompasses managing partnership agreement back-office execution, ensuring regulatory compliance, and establishing comprehensive operational and financial frameworks supporting successful collaborations. Key Responsibilities: - Partnership Strategy & Evaluation: Work alongside GPMs to identify partnership opportunities aligned with CDD product strategies - Contract Negotiation & Execution: Spearhead partnership agreement negotiations ensuring contractual terms support business objectives - Partnership Development & Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust long-term partnerships driving collaborative initiatives and revenue growth - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with internal teams including Product Management, Legal, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Tax, and Business Planning - Process & Compliance Management: Guarantee partnership agreements adhere to internal policies and legal requirements - Operational Support: Serve as back-office lead ensuring partnership activities align with Global Product Managers' objectives The CDD Partnership Manager will consistently engage with internal stakeholders across organizational levels to ensure strategic partnership alignment and progress. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably Life Sciences, Business Administration, related field) - Experience: Minimum 4 years in product marketing, business development, partnership management, ideally in life sciences/diagnostics sector - Skills: - Advanced strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities - Proven ability to manage complex project execution - Exceptional communication translating scientific concepts into clear business language - Experience navigating dynamic, fast-paced, matrixed environments - English language fluency, written and oral - Superior organizational, planning, and project management skills Our Culture: Agilent champions a collaborative, supportive, and informal team environment emphasizing trust, respect, and clear accountability.
