Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to plan and carry out validation projects effectively.
- Assist enterprise and Webscaler customers in speeding up the deployment of new platforms and solutions.
- Evaluate new system designs to ensure they align with client specifications and expectations.
- Lead requirement reviews, assess testing needs, set up lab environments, and create and run test procedures while documenting outcomes.
- Detect critical issues and gaps, then coordinate with engineering and delivery teams to implement fixes.
- Work closely with solution architects from sales and delivery units to address client objectives.
- Develop innovative approaches to improve efficiency and shorten validation timelines.
- Coordinate with peer engineers to ensure timely and successful project completion.
