Responsibilities
- Educates on Centerstone programs and services, employee vacancies, clients served, and job duties.
- Coordinates with Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Administrative Assistants for program needs.
- Implements evidenced-based practices for CCBHC fidelity.
- Maintains communication with employees and fosters a positive organizational culture.
- Develops internal training programs for employee growth and career development.
- Conducts screenings with candidates and coordinates recruitment processes.
- Increases outreach to community partners and educational institutions for recruitment.
- Works independently and seeks additional duties as needed.
- Determines training needs based on clinical reviews, grant guidelines, and collaboration with Statewide CCBHC Manager and other stakeholder leaders
