Centerstone is hiring a CCBHC Onboarding & Training Specialist to oversee service development and management within assigned areas, ensuring compliance with CCBHC standards. You will coordinate staff recruitment and onboarding, enhance productivity through training programs, and ensure clinics meet their core service obligations.

What You'll Do

• Educate on Centerstone programs, services, employee vacancies, and job duties.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Administrative Assistants for program needs.
• Implement evidenced-based practices to maintain CCBHC fidelity.
• Maintain open communication with employees and foster a positive organizational culture.
• Develop internal training programs for employee growth and career development.
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate recruitment processes.
• Increase outreach to community partners and educational institutions for recruitment.
• Work independently and seek additional duties as needed.
• Determine training needs based on clinical reviews, grant guidelines, and collaboration with leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Associate’s degree.
• Minimum one year of experience in community outreach, training & development, recruiting, or a similar field.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working in an organization providing behavioral health and/or addictions treatment services.

Technical Stack

• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Virtual communication platforms.

Team & Environment

Coordinates with Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Administrative Assistants. Collaborates with the Statewide CCBHC Manager and other stakeholder leaders.
