About the Role

The Category Manager - TTD will be responsible for driving sales and growth for the TTD category. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize category performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, retail, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in category management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on category performance using key metrics and analytics.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with category management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in category management.
  • Conduct regular reviews of category performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to optimize product assortment and pricing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to category management.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on category performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Develop and manage category budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
  • Analyze customer feedback and use it to improve category offerings.
  • Ensure that all category initiatives align with the overall business strategy.
  • Work with the logistics team to optimize inventory management and fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular audits of category performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Stay updated with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in category management.
