Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven strategies to advance category expansion and improve customer experience, serving as a category expert during sales cycles
- Convert shopper and consumer insights into customized actions related to product selection, shelf placement, and new product development
- Assist in key customer meetings such as line reviews and joint business planning with compelling, insight-based narratives focused on category performance
- Work closely with Sales, Omni, Business Unit Strategy, and Shopper Insights teams to align and execute on shared category objectives
- Implement omnichannel approaches to enhance customer experience across online and physical retail environments
- Monitor market and shopper behavior trends to identify and communicate potential growth areas
- Support team development through active knowledge transfer and skill-building initiatives
