Showpo is looking for a Casual Customer Happiness Agent to join our offshore E-Commerce team. This remote role, based in Manila, Philippines, is central to providing outstanding customer support and fostering positive customer relationships.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via our support channels.
- Deliver a positive and seamless service experience that aligns with Showpo's brand values.
- Work collaboratively with the offshore E-Commerce team to meet customer support goals.
