We are looking for a Customer Care Agent to deliver exceptional customer service for the Greek and Cypriot markets. This remote role involves managing communication across live chat, phone, and email to ensure a top-tier customer experience while supporting Delivery Hero's mission to end world hunger and build brand loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Take charge of communication with end users and partners in Greece and Cyprus
- Ensure an unparalleled customer experience across all support channels
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via live chat, phone calls, and email
- Provide effective solutions to customer issues promptly and professionally

Work Mode
