This role provides clear guidance to customers, processes service orders, and coordinates with internal teams during weekday daytime hours. You’ll receive guided, step-by-step training to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Provide clear guidance to customers

- Update client information in records
- Coordinate requests with internal teams
- Track open cases until completion
