Acumen Fiscal Agent is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Services Agent to join our remote team specifically in California. This position offers the opportunity to work from home while providing exemplary support and guidance to our diverse clientele. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive the highest level of assistance and satisfaction as they navigate our financial products and services.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients in navigating our financial products and services.
- Resolve client issues and concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Provide feedback on service trends to improve client experience.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction with solutions provided.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a customer service or client support role.
- Familiarity with financial services or relevant industry experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
