Here are some of the other ways you’ll help us stand out: • Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience. • Welcome, greet, and assist customers while processing purchases efficiently and accurately, including scanning items, bagging orders, and collecting tenders using Farm Boy Service Standards. • Share your knowledge and passion for Farm Boy products while assisting customers with questions and product information. • Learn and apply product codes quickly and accurately to ensure timely checkout service. • Handle all cash and tender transactions responsibly, including balancing tills and maintaining payment accuracy. • Support store operations by answering and directing incoming phone calls as needed. • Assist with the safe handling and sale of alcohol at applicable locations (Smart Serve certification required or willingness to obtain). • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work, storage, and front-of-store areas through general housekeeping duties, including cart retrieval from the parking area. • Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use. • Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
