Manage and streamline the onboarding journey for partners within a structured global program, ensuring cases move efficiently from initiation to completion. You will act as the central point of coordination, working closely with internal teams, distributors, resellers, and channel sales to keep onboarding activities on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage all active onboarding cases, identifying bottlenecks and driving resolution
- Regularly engage with operational teams and regional leads to gather updates, especially for DDI/EDD workflows
- Proactively follow up with candidates to ensure application submission and provide timely reminders
- Determine whether entities require new onboarding or reactivation, guiding distributors accordingly
- Consult historical records to identify inactive companies and assess re-engagement potential
- Support distributors with process guidance, platform navigation, and status updates when needed
- Submit pending cases for approval and maintain clear communication with channel sales teams
- Deliver weekly reporting on case status to regional stakeholders
- Monitor deal activity for recently onboarded resellers to assess engagement
- Keep stakeholders informed on high-priority onboarding efforts and incomplete applications
Qualifications
Candidates should bring at least three years of professional experience, with proven ability to manage multiple workflows and communicate effectively across cultures and time zones. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills with a focus on results
- High attention to detail and ability to act with urgency when required
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with one required office day per week
