What You'll Do
Oversee and track all active partner onboarding cases, ensuring each moves forward efficiently. Maintain consistent follow-up with internal operational teams and external partners to prevent delays. Collaborate with Channel Sales to identify pending actions and determine next steps, particularly when deals are at stake.
For DDI/EDD cases, coordinate with regional leads to obtain updates and explore ways to accelerate progress. Prioritize cases linked to active deals and proactively reach out to candidates who have not yet submitted applications. Provide clear guidance to distributors and resellers on onboarding and reactivation procedures.
Send timely reminders to candidates, submit open cases for approval, and deliver weekly status updates to regional teams. Identify incomplete applications and seek feedback from sales on whether to continue onboarding. Keep stakeholders informed on high-priority cases and assist partners in navigating referral and onboarding platforms when needed.
Support resellers through any challenges during onboarding and monitor the early activity of newly onboarded partners through deal analysis reports.
