Remote VA is looking for a Case Manager Assistant to provide administrative and data management support for teams delivering ABA services. You will be a key player in maintaining the accuracy and organization of client records and service documentation.
What You'll Do
- Assist case managers with administrative and documentation tasks.
- Perform data entry and record updates in systems such as CentralReach or Brellium.
- Support ABA quality assurance processes, including reviewing documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Maintain and organize client records and service documentation.
- Ensure accuracy of treatment plans, session notes, and related data.
- Coordinate with team members to track documentation and case progress.
- Identify and report discrepancies or missing information in client records.
- Support internal processes related to ABA service documentation and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience working with CentralReach or Brellium, ABA quality assurance processes, or data entry within ABA service systems.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ABA documentation workflows.
