Dynacare is looking for a Tele-Interviewer to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level customer service to our clients in the insurance industry by conducting detailed medical and lifestyle history interviews over the phone. You'll be a key part of our mission to help Canadians achieve a healthy future with care and wellness solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Interview insurance applicants to collect their medical and lifestyle history by completing insurance questionnaires.
  • Provide a positive client experience during every interaction.
  • Assist the team with scheduling tele-interview appointments based on applicant and interviewer availability.
  • Follow up with applicants for any missing or additional information required, while respecting the confidentiality of their private information.
  • Stay connected online with all team members and help build a positive team environment.
  • Maintain quality metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service-related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level.
  • Ability to speak with confidence on the phone and document information simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a results-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work alone or in a team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Post-secondary education.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in any other spoken or written language.
  • An interest in continuous learning.
