This role supports professionals undergoing career change by delivering tailored coaching and strategic guidance. You’ll help individuals clarify career goals, assess skills, and build effective job search strategies aligned with market demand. Using a proactive approach, you’ll guide clients through resume development, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and onboarding into new roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized coaching to professionals across diverse industries, supporting them through all stages of career transition
- Guide clients in creating compelling career marketing materials, including resumes and digital profiles, optimized for Applicant Tracking Systems
- Coach individuals on effective job search techniques, salary negotiation, and interview performance
- Integrate technology tools such as LinkedIn, AI platforms, and business research databases to enhance job search outcomes
- Support client engagement with internal job placement resources in compliance with applicable regulations
- Manage program deliverables, reporting, and participation in training initiatives
Qualifications
Applicants must be based in Atlanta, GA, and demonstrate fluency in English. Preferred candidates bring over eight years of experience in career development, human resources, recruitment, or related fields. A background in industries such as healthcare, finance, IT, or professional services is advantageous.
Strong familiarity with talent acquisition practices, digital communication tools (Zoom, Teams, Microsoft Office), and online job platforms is essential. Candidates should combine empathetic coaching with analytical thinking and technical agility. A degree is preferred, and a commitment to continuous learning is expected.
Compensation & Benefits
This part-time, remote position offers $37.50 per hour.
