What You'll Do
You'll provide meaningful support to older individuals in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. Your responsibilities will include assisting with washing, dressing, and toileting, as well as supporting mobility and ensuring medication is taken correctly.
You'll prepare light meals and drinks, accompany clients to appointments or social events, and offer genuine companionship through conversation and engagement. After each visit, you'll record care notes to ensure continuity and quality of service.
Requirements
- You must hold a valid Category B driving license, as travel to remote locations is essential and public transport is often not available.
- An Enhanced DBS check will be required as part of the onboarding process.
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not provided for this role.

- Proficiency in English and basic IT skills at Level 4 or equivalent.
