- Advocate for members within the healthcare system
- Respond promptly to urgent health-related inquiries
- Educate members on available medical resources and benefits
- Help members understand diagnoses and treatment options
- Ensure care plans align with personal health goals
- Escalate complex cases to senior clinical staff when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection standards
- Participate in team reviews to improve care delivery
- Contribute to the development of care protocols and tools
- Stay current with medical guidelines and policy changes
- Support onboarding for new care team members
- Provide feedback to product teams based on member experiences
- Work across time zones to ensure coverage for members
- Handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Promote preventive care and wellness initiatives
- Use digital tools to manage and track member progress
- Coordinate appointments and referrals efficiently
- Ensure timely follow-ups after medical consultations
