About the Role
This position involves providing temporary radiology services remotely, supporting care centres with timely and precise interpretation of medical images across various modalities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote diagnostic imaging evaluations for multiple care centres
- Interpret X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds accurately
- Maintain compliance with medical reporting standards and timelines
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment
- Ensure secure handling of patient imaging data
- Adhere to regulatory and accreditation requirements for radiology practice
- Provide consultative input on imaging appropriateness and follow-up
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of radiological advancements
- Respond to urgent imaging findings promptly
- Support quality assurance initiatives in imaging services
- Participate in peer review processes when required
- Document findings clearly and concisely in reporting systems
- Work within established teleradiology workflows and platforms
- Manage high-volume caseloads efficiently
- Uphold patient confidentiality at all times
