Manage end-to-end card issuance operations for custom payment products, ensuring compliance with network requirements and timely delivery. You'll serve as a central point of coordination between internal stakeholders, card networks, and manufacturing partners, maintaining accuracy and efficiency across the card lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate custom card design submissions for completeness, format, resolution, and color accuracy
- Organize and maintain design assets and approval records in alignment with internal and network standards
- Submit designs to Visa through their digital portal and monitor approval timelines
- Respond to feedback or rejections from Visa, coordinating necessary revisions and resubmissions
- Communicate approval status and updates across teams to keep projects on track
- Release final designs to manufacturing partners with full production specifications
- Coordinate review of digital and physical card samples to verify accuracy
- Track production progress and report delivery timelines to internal stakeholders
- Identify and escalate manufacturing or compliance issues as they arise
- Complete onboarding documentation for new partners and submit to Visa as required
- Support external vendor reporting and participate in weekly syncs to align on project execution
- Maintain detailed project trackers and deliver regular status updates
- Facilitate communication across teams to ensure transparency around progress and delays

You have direct experience navigating card network processes—particularly with Visa—and understand the technical and compliance nuances of card design and production.
