Talan is hiring a Capital Market Business Analyst for the Asset Liability Management (ALM) Treasury department of a major investment bank. In this role, you will be responsible for evolving critical systems that manage the bank's liquidity, interest rate, and foreign exchange risk, all the way through to implementing hedges in financial markets.
What You'll Do
- Scope and write detailed business requirements.
- Plan and coordinate projects from initiation to completion.
- Write functional specifications, oversee testing phases, and manage production deployment.
- Manage change processes and provide ongoing user support.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree from an Engineering School, Business School, or a specialized Master's program.
- Strong knowledge of ALM (Asset Liability Management) and liquidity indicators (CT/LT).
- Strong knowledge of financial product valuation, treasury management, and foreign exchange risk hedging.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Professional attributes: integrity, rigor, dynamism, strong organizational and adaptability skills, and a strong team spirit.
