Workplace Experience Program Manager - 12 Months Contract Where and how you can work Our primary workplace is located in a major Australian city, with expanding presence in multiple locations and collaborative workspaces across the country. This role is based in our primary campus. About the Role We're seeking a Program Manager who brings structure, clarity, and composure to complex initiatives. You'll drive the delivery of key programs across Workplace Experience, including the operationalization of our new headquarters and global initiatives like remote experience, recognition, and celebration. You'll excel in intricate details - planning milestones, defining success metrics, managing dependencies and simultaneously zoom out to connect cross-functional dots, ensuring alignment and progress. You'll collaborate closely with Leadership, Global Team Leads, and key partners across People, Finance, and Technology to transform vision into actionable strategies. This role reports to the Head of Workplace Experience and is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave, offering significant potential for meaningful organizational impact.
