What You'll Do
Perform on-site setup, configuration, and optimization of hardware, software, and network systems for clients. Diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting performance, and carry out routine maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently. Work directly with customers to address concerns, recommend preventive measures, and minimize operational disruptions.
Support integration of complete solutions, including peripherals, operating environments, and application software. Act as a technical resource within the organization, handling escalated issues and contributing to cross-functional problem solving. Partner with support, sales, and engineering teams to deliver effective customer outcomes.
Deliver training sessions for field staff and clients, and conduct on-site calibration for high-volume accounts. Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities and ensure compliance with access requirements for customer facilities.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering
- Have at least three years of relevant technical experience
- Demonstrate strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills
- Show initiative, teamwork, and a positive approach to problem solving
- Agree to meet credentialing standards required for site access
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate training, certifications, or professional licenses
- Familiarity with third-party technology products
