AMBOSS is looking for a Campus Event Manager:in - Arzt/Ärztin in a full-time role to plan and execute university campus events ('Roadshow') across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will share your personal medical study experiences with students and gain hands-on insights into project management, marketing, and B2B partnerships within our mission-driven company.

What You'll Do

• Plan and implement university visits across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Coordinate with student councils and AMBOSS ambassadors at universities for detailed event planning.
• Create presentations tailored to the target student audience's current situation.
• Share personal experiences and tips (e.g., on starting studies or the 'Physikum' exam) with students during events.
• Proactively plan and bring projects and events to universities in the name of AMBOSS.
• Create analyses for project budgeting and evaluation with the help of the Data Team.
• Work closely with the entire DACH Campus Team.
• Attend and support events like the Medimeisterschaften.
• Gain insights into additional fields like project management, marketing, and B2B partnerships.

What We're Looking For

• Recently completed medical studies or are about to finish.
• Excellent knowledge of AMBOSS functions and use it frequently for medical questions.
• Talent for organization and maintaining an overview even when circumstances change spontaneously.
• Enjoy inspiring people, potentially with tutoring experience, and comfortable speaking in front of a lecture hall.
• Enjoy traveling and want to get to know various universities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Fluent in German and comfortable with English.

Nice to Have

• Enjoy designing flyers, postcards, stickers, etc.
• First experiences in project management or marketing.
• Basic knowledge in project evaluation, budget planning, and data analysis.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the DACH Campus Team within a company of over 500 employees. You'll work closely with the entire DACH Campus Team and the Data Team.
