Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and continuously monitor ongoing campaigns in Marketo to ensure proper execution and alignment with targeting goals
- Build and refine audience segmentation to support personalized and effective user communications
- Create and manage email assets and in-product messages as part of campaign workflows
- Oversee campaign-related data management to maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliable reporting
- Report weekly on campaign performance and use data-driven insights to recommend experience optimizations
- Ensure users receive a consistent, high-quality experience across all channels and email touchpoints
- Coordinate the full operational process of webinar setup with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth execution
- Drive engagement by optimizing workflows that support strong webinar registration and attendance results
- Analyze ad-hoc and ongoing campaign performance to identify actionable insights for improving conversions
- Monitor and report on key email performance KPIs to guide continuous optimization of marketing efforts
Requirements
- Experience in working in marketing operations, marketing automation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience with MarTech tools, Maketo and Pendo experience preferred. Others include Pathfactory, Goldcast, Wistia.
- Understanding of CRM best practices, principles, strategies, and standard methodologies
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in data analysis and reporting, with an ability to extract actionable insights for your campaigns and to share with the team
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills, with an ability to prioritize and multitask in a rapidly changing environment
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts is a plus
