LastPass is looking for a Campaign Operations Specialist to support and execute integrated marketing campaigns across the funnel. You will leverage data-driven insights and marketing automation tools to generate net new names, move leads through the funnel, and nurture users from trial to customer.
What You'll Do
- Set up, manage, and monitor ongoing campaigns within Marketo.
- Perform audience segmentation to support targeted campaign execution.
- Create and manage email communications as part of integrated campaigns.
- Develop and manage in-product messaging to support user engagement.
- Handle campaign-related data management to support accurate targeting and reporting.
- Report on campaign performance on a weekly basis.
- Use data and performance insights to make decisions that optimize the user experience.
- Ensure a consistent and seamless experience across channels and email communications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute end-to-end webinar set-up.
- Analyze ad-hoc and ongoing campaign performance, monitor key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
What We're Looking For
- Background in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience with MarTech tools; Marketo and Pendo experience preferred, with additional tools including PathFactory, GoldCast, and Wistia.
- Understanding of CRM best practices, principles, strategies, and standard methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data and share them with the team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to earn trust across sales and marketing teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with an interest in complex marketing, sales, and product databases.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- A strong passion for building processes, taking a data-driven approach, and a desire to work at scale.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts is a plus.
