Adobe is looking for a Campaign Content Manager, Applied AI, to specialize in crafting high-impact content and prompts that fuel AI agents used across sales and marketing workflows. This role blends creative copywriting with analytical rigor, focusing on personalization, experimentation, and performance optimization in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Build and author copy and prompts for sales and GTM use cases, including outbound email campaigns, nurture sequences, in-product messaging, chat experiences, and sales assisted workflows and pitches.
- Build, test, and refine prompts that enable AI agents to generate high-quality, on-brand, context-aware content across multiple scenarios.
- Partner with Product Marketing and GTM teams to translate positioning, value propositions, and campaign strategy into scalable prompt frameworks.
- Drive experimentation for AI-generated content, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and performance analysis across segments and channels.
- Optimize messaging for personalization at scale, leveraging firmographic, behavioral, and contextual signals.
- Maintain prompt libraries, messaging frameworks, and documentation to ensure consistency, quality, and reuse.
- Collaborate with engineering and analytics partners to continuously improve output quality, speed, and relevance.
- Stay current on emerging guidelines in prompt engineering, AI-assisted copywriting, and agentic content systems.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS copywriting, content strategy, or product marketing, with direct exposure to sales-focused use cases.
- Proven experience with prompt engineering for LLM-powered systems, including writing, testing, and refining prompts.
- Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market motions, including inbound, outbound, lifecycle marketing, and sales enablement.
- Hands-on experience running content experiments, A/B tests, and using data to inform iteration and optimization.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone, voice, and structure across audiences, segments and funnel stages.
- Highly detailed and driven by a strong passion for action in fast paced environments.
- Deep passion for personalization and customer relevance at scale.
- Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams, open to feedback, and motivated by shared iteration.

This role is part of the Personalization and Campaign office, sitting at the intersection of strategy, data, content, and frontline execution.
Benefits & Compensation
- The U.S. pay range for this position is $106,100 – $220,650 annually. In California, the pay range is $152,400 – $220,650.
- Equity: Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
