Command Alkon is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product organization. In this role, you will create compelling visuals and stories that bring our vision to life, differentiate our brand, and clearly communicate the value of our products to the heavy building materials industry. Your work will directly shape how customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders understand and engage with our solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop customer-facing materials that clearly articulate product value and build industry familiarity.
- Translate product value into compelling messaging for customers, prospects, and internal audiences.
- Generate messaging insights by understanding customer needs and desired outcomes in partnership with Sales and Product teams.
- Produce high-quality stories and visuals for presentations, product catalogs, webpages, and social campaigns.
- Prepare materials and seek stakeholder approval prior to distribution.
- Solve content hierarchy and storytelling challenges with professional judgment.
- Develop and maintain a library of assets for product positioning, value propositions, and core messaging frameworks.
- Create new ways of visually displaying solutions by incorporating research data, customer insights, and testimonials.
- Establish a process for maintaining and refreshing a library of presentations and sales enablement materials.
- Align stories to visual concepts and translate those ideas into engaging content.
- Manage multiple product messaging initiatives simultaneously.
- Operate effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional project team.
