Kizen is hiring a Growth Product Marketing Manager to build the marketing engine that turns our Agent CRM into a viral movement. As the founding marketer for this business unit, you will own the journey from prospect to power-user.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full-funnel journey from ‘First Click’ to ‘Paid User,’ using A/B testing and lifecycle marketing to optimize conversions.
- Rapidly create templates, Loom demos, and landing pages that translate complex AI into ‘must-have’ tools for the InsurTech vertical.
- Partner with Product to design in-app viral loops and referral triggers that drive organic growth.
- Build and optimize the self-serve sign-up flow, testing headlines and value propositions to reduce acquisition cost.
- Design automated email and in-app sequences that guide new users to their ‘Aha!’ moment and first AI agent build.
- Act as a content factory, producing InsurTech-specific templates, webinars, and case studies.
- Collaborate with Digital CS and Product to identify expansion signals and build automated upgrade triggers.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years in Growth Marketing or Product Marketing at a fast-growing SaaS company.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Webflow/WordPress, Canva, and marketing automation tools.
- Funnel fluency: ability to analyze conversion rates, trial-to-paid ratios, and activation metrics.
- Exceptional copywriting skills for high-converting ads, emails, and UI tooltips.
- Technical agility to understand CRM data structures and explain AI agents to non-technical audiences.
- An experimental mindset that treats campaigns as tests and iterates based on data.
- Empathy for the InsurTech sales persona and the ability to position AI as their solution.
- A preference for asynchronous communication and high-velocity output.
- A founding spirit, motivated by being the first in this role and the equity upside of an early-stage leader.
