GQS GmbH is looking for a Callcenter Agent on a Minijob basis to join our young, independent insurance broker. You will handle incoming customer inquiries generated through online advertising to schedule appointments, contributing directly to our mission of providing comprehensive insurance services from consultation to conclusion.
What You'll Do
- Schedule telephone appointments from incoming customer inquiries generated through online advertising
- Confidently handle customer objections and concerns through excellent rhetoric
What We're Looking For
- Native German speaker with accent-free pronunciation
- Excellent rhetoric and confident handling of objections
- Laptop and reliable internet access
- Must be a resident in Germany
Nice to Have
- Several years of experience in the call center sector
- Ideally, experience with HubSpot
- Knowledge in the insurance sector

You will be joining a small team of 1-10 employees and reporting directly to Managing Director Thomas Jungmann. The company culture is informal and collaborative, using the informal 'du' form.
