baesh is looking for a Marketing, Community & Growth Intern for a mandatory internship. You will work in our Berlin-based, early-stage startup environment to gain practical experience in marketing, social media management, and community-building while taking ownership of projects that drive real impact.
What You'll Do
- Bring people together through events and partnerships.
- Support content marketing and social media strategy on TikTok and Instagram.
- Assist in event planning, sometimes on-site, and brainstorm marketing strategies.
- Conduct research on communities, venues, influencers, and local initiatives.
- Reach out to potential partners, event organizers, and community builders to introduce baesh.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential collaborators.
- Collect user feedback and summarize insights.

- You are Berlin-based and know the local culture and events.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- You are a social wizard who loves people and making everyone feel welcome.
