MailAngel GmbH is looking for an E-Mail Marketing / CRM Manager to take ownership of campaign and automation strategies for our e-commerce clients. You will act as the direct client contact, coordinate a team of specialists, and directly impact measurable revenue growth and customer loyalty.

What You'll Do

Plan, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns and automations for clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, aligning on goals, content, and priorities.
Monitor campaign performance and create detailed reports.
Coordinate the team of copywriting, design, and technical implementation specialists; depending on experience, you may handle some areas directly.
Analyze results, derive and implement optimizations, and contribute ideas for tests and new concepts.
Directly contribute to increasing client revenue and strengthening customer loyalty.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in Email Marketing or CRM, preferably with e-commerce brands.
Strong communication skills to advise clients professionally and feel comfortable in calls and feedback rounds.
Strategic thinking to identify effective measures and set priorities.
A creative sense for understanding good copy and clean design.
Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
Solid English language skills.
An independent, reliable, and motivated mindset, ready to take responsibility and grow professionally.

Nice to Have

Experience with Klaviyo.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with the founders and coordinate specialists in copywriting, design, and tech. You'll report directly to the founders as part of our 1-10 employee team.
