Y. Girard GmbH is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence / Founder’s Associate (m/w/d). In this role, you will work directly with the founders, focusing on agency projects and internal startup ideas. The long-term goal is for you to become a managing partner with equity in new or existing ventures.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with founders on agency projects and internal startup ideas.
- Rethink marketing, growth, and digital business and implement hands-on.
- Build processes, structures, and campaigns that make a real difference.
- Bring in and quickly test your own ideas in a lean, data-driven way.
- Step in wherever energy and momentum are needed.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for marketing, digital growth, and entrepreneurship.
- A maker mentality with a 'learning by doing' approach.
Nice to Have
- First experience in startups, marketing, or consulting.
- Founding experience or a desire to start your own venture in the future.
Team & Environment
