Responsibilities
- Contact current supporters to secure donations for impactful global initiatives
- Identify and enroll new sponsors for children in need
- Acknowledge and onboard new contributors to charitable programs
- Re-engage past participants in fundraising events
- Encourage donors to commit to recurring monthly contributions
- Express gratitude, build relationships, and inspire continued support from donors
- Seek innovative approaches to enhance donor experience during each interaction
- Achieve high performance standards independently while advocating for meaningful causes

- Full-time, outbound, work-from-home position
- 40 hours per week
- Shifts: Mon-Thu 1:00PM - 10:00PM EST, Fri 10:00AM - 7:00PM EST, occasional Saturdays 10:00AM - 5:00PM
- Must use a newer Windows PC or laptop (Apple/Mac devices not supported)
- Requires high-speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 mbps download / 5 mbps upload)
- Must have a USB headset and webcam
- Must maintain a dedicated, professional home office environment
