Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with foreign / international students
- Provide professional education and career counselling in English
- Promote UK university and college programs
- Convert leads into successful student enrollments
- Follow up daily with assigned international leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call logs
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Ensure clear communication and high call quality standards
- Coordinate with the admissions team for application processing
