Valatam is looking for a Call Center Agent - Night shift (Remote) to deliver exceptional bilingual support from Latin America. This is a 100% remote, full-time position for a rotating night shift schedule from 11 pm to 7 am.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries in English and Spanish.
- Follow up on cancellations and attempt to reschedule services.
- Provide accurate information about products and processes.
- Handle inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contact existing customers to provide updates and build relationships.
- Complete other similar or related tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
- 1 – 5 years of experience in call center or customer service roles.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and a backup connection.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
- Remote experience preferred.

- Hourly rate equivalent to USD $696 – $870/month (experience-based).
