شركة Nasoft تبحث عن Call Center Agents (حساب خليجي - GCC) لأحد عملائها المتخصصه في مجال خدمة العملاء , المهام المطلوبة :- التعامل مع مكالمات العملاء (Inbound / Outbound) والرد على استفساراتهم بطريقة احترافية. تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة للعملاء في منطقة الخليج (GCC). حل مشاكل العملاء وتقديم الحلول المناسبة في الوقت المحدد. تسجيل بيانات العملاء بدقة على النظام. الالتزام بجودة المكالمات وتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs). العمل بروح الفريق والتعاون مع باقي الأقسام عند الحاجة.
