Responsibilities
- Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pizza, cookies, and other menu items specific to the location
- Ensure deli coolers are stocked with fresh produce and ingredients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting food service environment
- Deliver high-quality food promptly while providing excellent customer service
- Follow cooking methods and standards provided by the Deli Manager
- Adhere to schedules, stocking procedures, and operational practices
- Meet performance goals and complete assigned duties efficiently
Requirements
- Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to respond to emergency situations as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
