Groupe Rocher is looking for a Buyer - Packaging for New Product Development. Within the Direct Procurement Department, you will manage the procurement of packaging articles and/or subcontracting services for new product development. You will act as the interface between Category Leaders and project teams, working closely with development, marketing, supply, and other departments.
What You'll Do
- Formalize requirements in collaboration with your internal customer following briefs from our brands (Yves Rocher, Docteur Pierre Ricaud, Sabon, etc.).
- Manage tendering processes with our packaging and/or subcontracting suppliers.
- Identify areas for value analysis.
- Negotiate supplier offers, formalize contracts, and award business.
- Formalize supplier performance.
- Ensure smooth project deployment and intervene on potential issues (supplier non-response, price increase requests, schedule delays, etc.).
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, IAE, or engineering school with a specialization in Procurement.
- First professional experience in a similar function.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Proficiency in operational excellence (service and quality).
- Proficiency in negotiation.
- Analytical mindset combined with financial skills and problem-solving methods.
- Excellent verbal communication, proactive approach, responsiveness, organizational skills, and teamwork.
