Luminus (Elektriciteit en gas voor thuis) is seeking a strategic Buyer – Technical Goods & Services to play a leading role in our procurement activities. You will be at the heart of the energy transition, shaping category strategies and driving projects that deliver real impact on our bottom line and strategic growth.
What You'll Do
- Define and communicate category strategies that align with business goals.
- Lead sourcing processes (RFx) to optimize Total Cost of Ownership and generate value.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate technical needs into clear specifications.
- Negotiate with suppliers and award contracts in line with policy and strategy.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage contracts to ensure compliance.
- Stay ahead of market trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s degree.
- Proven experience in technical procurement.
- Strong project management skills and knowledge of methodology.
- Expertise in stakeholder management within an industrial environment.
- Strategic procurement experience for technical goods and services.
- Fluency in Dutch.

- CAPEX experience.
- French language skills.
