ALTEN MÉXICO is seeking a Business Unit Analyst to drive efficiency and strategic planning. In this role, you will analyze performance trends and provide crucial insights that support informed decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business unit performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather data and insights for strategic planning initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant data and analysis.
- Assist in the development of business strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
- Participate in project follow-ups to ensure goals and objectives are being met.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
