Join a forward-thinking team as a Business Travel Consultant, where your expertise in global distribution systems directly supports business travelers across North America. Working remotely, you’ll use Amadeus to manage flight, hotel, car, and rail bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while delivering a consistently high level of service.
What You’ll Do
- Use Amadeus and other GDS platforms to assist B2B clients with travel planning and on-demand booking support
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal partners to resolve booking discrepancies and service challenges quickly
- Anticipate potential issues and take initiative to address them before they impact the customer
- Apply company policies effectively while also identifying creative solutions when standard procedures fall short
- Document customer feedback and share insights to help improve service delivery and operational practices
- Support team goals related to customer satisfaction and retention in the NAM region
- Stay current with new product updates and platform enhancements to maintain technical proficiency
- Work with cross-functional teams to define and refine best practices in travel operations and customer care
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Familiarity with North American business norms and service expectations
- Proven experience using Amadeus or similar GDS platforms for flights, hotels, cars, and trains
- Background in the corporate or business travel sector
- Demonstrated commitment to going beyond standard service to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Experience with other GDS systems is a strong advantage

Work Environment
This is a remote role with a hybrid onboarding component requiring one week onsite in Chicago. You’ll work on fixed rotational shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, scheduled in four-week cycles. Weekend availability is required as part of the rotation. The position supports locations in Massachusetts, Illinois, Florida, New Jersey, and New Hampshire, with 40 hours of work expected weekly.
