Agent is looking for a Business Systems Lead to design, architect, and manage the workflows that support our scaling user base from 100 to 2000+ members. Your focus will be on streamlining onboarding, managing communications, and implementing automation to reduce friction across our operational teams.
What You'll Do
- Architect and implement CRM systems and workflows to manage and integrate backend fulfillment systems and user-facing experiences.
- Automate and streamline multi-step onboarding processes for new members.
- Integrate and optimize via communication channels.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align workflows with broader operational goals.
- Continuously assess and refine systems to remove friction and improve user experience.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing and deploying custom CRM systems and workflow automations.
- Advanced proficiency with Airtable, Make (Integromat), GoHighLevel or similar CRMs.
- Strong operations background at fast-moving, high growth startups.
- Ability to map out and streamline complex workflows with high-volume user interactions.
- Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and a bias for action.
- Comfortable working autonomously and making high-level decisions.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
